The Dress To Impress Spring Petal Update is official, and it’s happening very soon.
Last year, Dress To Impress launched an Easter update to coincide with The Hunt; a Roblox event, in March 2024, but Roblox didn’t include Dress To Impress within their The Hunt event for 2025, and this year’s spring update is actually going to launch after Easter this year.

Dress To Impress officially announced their Spring Update on the 31st of March, and instead of being called the Spring update, they’ve named the upcoming update The Petal Update.
We don’t see Dress To Impress give their updates names, so this is a first time. Usually, each update is just named after the season it has launched for, like the Halloween update and the Winter update.
The Dress To Impress Petal Update launches Saturday, April 26th and 11:00am EDT.
The first sneak peek of the DTI Spring Update was a video showing four avatars walking down the runway with animated walks, and Dress To Impress announced that we would be getting new animated walks, jumps and idles very soon.
The logo for the Dress To Impress Spring Petal Update 2025 is adorable, with the Dress To Impress logo having purple font, surrounded by tulips, Easter eggs, a rainbow and a cute little rabbit.
When we first saw this logo, most of us assumed the update would be Easter themed; there are Easter eggs and a bunny after all.
However, the DTI Spring Update is actually launching after Easter, so it’s strange to see Easter motifs within the logo, when it launches six days after Easter.
So, it’s likely the Dress To Impress Spring Petal Update will focus on the season of spring, rather than being mainly Easter themed, like their Easter Update 2024.

So, what is launching in the Dress To Impress The Petal Update?
The first definite confirmed item within the new spring update, is the new animated walks, idles and jumps. DTI worked with a new animator to create some really fun animated walks, for when we strut down the runway.
We know they are going to be in-game currency items, so you will need to farm enough in-game currency ahead of the update on April 26th, so you have enough currency to purchase them, which I guess will be around $7000 to $10000.
The Dress To Impress Petal Update is going to include The Robot Collection, which includes this amazing cyberpunk robotic outfit.
It looks to be a three-piece set, with leg sections, arm sections and a body section, so I wonder if we’ll be able to purchase each piece separately?
It will depend on if the outfit will be in-game currency, or will it be Robux?
I think it’s going to be a Robux outfit, and I think it’ll go on the display in the dressing room where the Queen Of Hearts set is displayed between the Brat and Christmas chests, as the Queen Of Hearts Set will be removed.
EnchanteddIzzy has announced that she is getting her own code item in the Dress To Impress Spring Update.
We are going to be getting a brand new influencer code, and the item is a handheld magic wand, and it is the wand you see Izzy’s profile photo holding.
It’s a cute magical girl vibe wand with ribbons, hearts, angel wings and customizable handle designs.
It looks like we can have leopard print (like Izzy), iridescent pink or iridescent white, but hopefully there will be more toggles and customizable options.
I hope we can change the gold to silver, and remove the dangling ribbons and angel wings, so fingers crossed we get those options!
Another definite Petal Update launch is a whole new in-game shop. Right now, we can purchase poses and currency items within the DTI shop, but it’s had a whole new revamp, and maybe it’ll feature brand new currency items to buy too?
If you played during the April Fool’s Update, you probably redeemed the limited time code BADDIE4LIFE, only to be left gutted that it was a prank, and your beautiful “Butterfly Heels” were actually gross chicken feet.
Well, the real butterfly heels are being added to the game (according to Zac), and we get to keep the chicken feet. We haven’t been told for sure when the real butterfly heels will launch, apart from “soon”, so it’s highly possible that they’d launch during the upcoming Petal Update.
Owen (M0toprincess) did a stream on Twitch, to showcase what he had been working on, and during this stream he sneak peeked some items, which includes a graduation cap, a floral headdress, and a three-piece set inspired by Anne Boleyn.
The three-piece set features a hand mirror, a staff and a jewelled headband, all of which give Tudor vibes, but we don’t know if they’ll be currency items, non-VIP items, VIP items, rewards for Style Showdown or maybe even a spring quest reward? We don’t have long to wait to find out!
We officially know we’re getting 20 new patterns, and it’s the Spring Petal Pattern Pack, which is expected to cost $4000 in the in-game currency, as that’s how much the Valentine’s Pattern Pack Cost.
It could mean the Valentine’s Pattern Pack is going to be going away, because the Spring Petal Pattern Pack is launching, but we are getting 20 beautiful patterns, with lots of crafty fabric patterns with crochet, embroidery and ribbons in colorful spring hues.
We’ve been patiently waiting for the promise duo poses to launch, and we’re ever hopeful that they’ll drop in the next update. They look so cute, and maybe we will finally get them during the Petal Update (please)!
Lastly, for now, we were sneak peeked a new dance pose in-game, and it was one created by StudioZac, and it’s inspired by Tate McRae. We need more dance poses in the game, as we only really have the Apple Dance (from the Brat Summer 2024 update) and The Swiftie Tour Dance (in the Pop Culture Pose Pack).
