I’m super excited about the launch of the new Dress To Impress x PhatMojo dolls, and after seeing all the sneak peek images on social media for a couple of months, I couldn’t help but buy some of the dolls.
I was really excited to see what the quality was like, and to see if they were worth it? After all the drama with the Royale High dolls, I was intrigued to see what the DTI dolls would be like, and are they worth the money?
I now have eight of the ten dolls available, and I’m going to show you the makeup looks for the dolls: Sweet Romance, Dreamy Sparkle, Stardust Softie, Chic Academia, Y2K Popstar, Gala Girl, Lovely Valentine, Tropical Summer, Lana and Lina.

The dolls are currently available from multiple toy shops within the UK, but they’re also available from Amazon.
They are going to be available worldwide, but DTI haven’t given us a list of countries or stockists you’ll be able to buy the dolls, so the best thing to do is to check if any retailers near you stock PhatMojo or Roblox toys already. If they do already offer PhatMojo toys, it’s possible they’ll be offering the DTI Dolls too.
When it comes to pricing, each doll is £12.99 within the UK, so depending on your location and currency, you should be able to do a rough conversion to see how much the dolls will be where you live.
DTI has launched their own website, and they are selling the dolls on there, so if you’re unable to track the dolls down, you can try and track down the dolls on the DTI website.

There are 10 different dolls to collect, and you won’t know which doll you’ve got until you’ve opened your box. The 10 dolls on offer are:
- Sweet Romance
- Tropical Summer
- Dreamy Sparkle
- Stardust Softie
- Chic Academia
- Y2K Popstar
- Gala Girl
- Lovely Valentine
- Lina
- Lana
Each of the dolls give you a tiny “Virtual Prize” card with a scratch-off panel that reveals a 12-digit code. You can only use the code once, so I wouldn’t be able to share codes I have, as once they’re redeemed, they become invalid.
As I said, there are 10 dolls to collect, and 8 of the dolls are the common dolls, and then 2 of the dolls are rare, and they are the Lina doll and the Lana doll.
Each doll gives you a pre-made makeup look, except Lina and Lana, as those rare dolls give you two makeup looks.
There are no in-game items, as the Dress To Impress team said they wanted to ensure the dolls didn’t give people items they wouldn’t be able to get.
I am a little disappointed they’re not in-game items, like clothing and accessories, but the makeup faces are absolutely stunning.
I am going to share all the makeup faces I got FOR ALL TEN DOLLS.

Dress To Impress Mystery Models Dolls Virtual Prize Code Items
I have TWELVE pre-made faces from the TEN dolls, as my Lana doll gave me two faces, and Lina doll gave me two faces.
Not only do you get the twelve pre-made faces, you actually get the elements from each face, so you can make your own faces, so the eyes, brows, noses, lips, blush, eyeshadow, eyeliner, face jewels and freckles are all available individually, which in my opinion, is such a game changer.
The makeup looks you get are not at all related to the doll’s makeup/appearance, which again was surprising.
The makeup looks aren’t really themed around the doll’s individual names either.
I’m going to show you the makeup looks now, with both skintone options (you can click the light skin tab or dark skin tab to alter the makeup look to complement different skintones), but I’m showing you all the looks on the lightest skintone available within the skin booth, so I could show the details as best as possible.

The first looks are for the doll Lovely Valentine. I am obsessed with the lips, as they show a little bit of tongue and also teeth, plus the lower lashes are adorable.

These are the looks for the doll Dreamy Sparkle, and as you can see, there’s nothing academia about this fairy-inspired ethereal makeup look, just look how cute the freckles are? I adore the lips on this look, and the butterflies on the brows.

Here are the looks for the Y2K Popstar makeup look, which is one of my favorites because of the black eyeliner – we’ve been waiting for proper eyeliner in-game for the longest time.

Next looks are for the doll Chic Academia. I really like how the eyes of this doll look like they’re looking slightly to the side, and I love the slightly flatter nose bridge, it’s so cute.

For the Lana doll, you get two makeup looks. The first is the new Style Showdown version of Lana’s face, with her new nose, lips and blusher. It’s such a beautiful makeup look, and I think this face would complement any theme in-game, apart from ethereal or non-human themes.

The second Lana doll face is incredible, and it’s basically Lana again, but with glam dramatic makeup, with all of her features intensified, with star graphic liner on her outer corners of her eye.
The purple eyeshadow looks like foil it’s so reflective, and you can change the color when you use the individual custom makeup parts, and this is going to be my most used eyeshadow going forward.

Here is the makeup look for the doll Sweet Romance. You get the sparkliest eyes with a glitter accent in the center, straight brows, a petite nose, gorgeous plump lips, heart gems under the eyes and on the bridge of the nose, and a gem butterfly under each eyebrow.

Next up, is Gala Girl. For the Gala Girl makeup we get almond shaped eyes in a gray blue color for both light skin and deep skin, slightly thicker straight brows, a cute little nose which tapers in for a nice contour.
The lips are big (the biggest out of all the dolls) and are open to reveal teeth for a kinda cute goofy look. There’s a subtle blush and a big star graphic liner graphic over one eye.
It’s my least favorite out of the dolls, but I’m happy to have that star liner.

Here is the makeup look you get for Stardust Softie. You get some really pretty round eyes, but they kinda look like they’re about to cry in a cute way?
The default eyes on light skintones are a subtle green color, and on deep skintones the default is a purple color. Straight brows, a slightly wider nose bridge than the other dolls, and very subtle lips with a glossy finish.
You get pretty, ombre eyeshadow and some under-eye gems and face jewels too.

This is the makeup look you get for Tropical Summer.
The makeup look really isn’t giving tropical summer vibes, but it’s kinda spacey in my opinion?
You get almond shapes eyes in a pale blue for light skintones and lilac for deeper skintones, but there’s a pretty Anime sparkle effect in the center of the eyes.
The brows are straight, and taper towards the ends with a subtle gradient effect.
There’s a slightly tapered nose and it’s one of my favorites from all of the looks.
I absolutely love the lips, they’re full and plump, but with a bitten lip stain effect, with the color concentrated towards the center, with a petal pink color for light skintones and a pink berry for deeper skintones.
For the eyes, there’s a metallic eyeshadow look with attached gems and swirls above and below the eyes, above the brows and on the temples – it’s kinda ornate. It also comes with metallic eyeshadow that goes all the way around the eyes.
No extra blush with this look, so it must be one of the pre-made blushers.

Here is the first of the two Lina doll makeup looks. For both Lina and Lana you get two makeup looks.
This is Lina’s iconic “normal” makeup look, and the one she wears in the nail salon. She has super arched brows and almond shaped eyes in a hazel color for both light skintones and deep skintones.
A straight-ish nose, large overlined lips in a deep raspberry color and subtle berry blush. Lastly, you get some some pretty, natural eyeshadow to add contour to the eye area.

Lastly, here’s the second Lina Doll makeup look, and this is her creepy posessed makeup look.
This is the look I wanted the most over everything. With this look, you get the same thin, arched brows.
The eyes are insane with black scelera (the whites of the eyes) and bright red iris’. You get the same nose and lip shape, but this time it’s a black color.
The “crack” effect around the eyes is already a feature within custom makeup, so you don’t get that again, but the makeup look is identical for both light and skintones.

So, they are the faces you get with the dolls: Lana, Lovely Valentine, Chic Academia, Y2K Popstar and Dreamy Sparkle.
I am now going to show you the individual makeup elements you get with each doll, but from my 5 dolls, I got 21 new custom makeup elements that I can use to make my own faces.

First, I wanted to show you the eyeliner you get with the doll Y2K Popstar. I have been dying for DTI to add eyeliner, and not eyeshadow, for the longest time.
There is a tiny amount of eyeshadow surrounding the eyeliner, like smudged-in eyeshadow, but the liner covers the top lash line, and waterline for the most gorgeous smokey makeup look. Plus, it’s slightly winged too, for a cat-eye liner look, and it seriously transforms any of the existing DTI eyes. It’s amazing!

Starting with brows, my five dolls gave me five different eyebrows, and I’m so happy with them (I covered up the existing brows and other features in the next pics, so you can clearly see what’s new)
They’re mostly very customizable too, color-wise. Many of the DTI brows are either darkest brown or ginger, unless you choose one of the “white” brow options.

Then we have the eyes, and I have five sets of eyes from my five dolls (although you get two makeup looks for Lana, you only get one set of eyes obviously), and they’re amazing. I really like the shading/contour above the eyes, as they give the eyes a little more depth, and it makes them pop.

I am SO excited about the lips in particular, and I got five new lips. They are all gorgeous, and more importantly WHITE, so you can fully customize the color as they’re not pre-colored, so you can choose ANY color for them.
So many of the lips in the custom makeup section are pre-colored and are a vibrant pink color, and they’re not at all versatile, so having these lips white means we can choose what colors we want.
I don’t think we got any new contour looks on the contour tab, I don’t use the pre-made blush/highlight/contour looks as they’re too garish for my liking, so I can’t say for sure, but I don’t think there’s anything new in that tab.

These are the new pre-made eyeshadow looks, and there’s three. You get a lot of new eye extras in the “other” tab, but these are the pre-made eyeshadow looks, with Lana’s star look, the eyeliner look and the prettiest metallic smokey eye look.
There are no new blush elements, and I don’t know why? Maybe all the blushes are in the existing blush collection? But there’s no blush extras on the blush tab.

Now we are onto noses, and we got five new noses for the five new dolls, and I swear I’ll never use another nose now I have these.
They are all so cute, and they have amazing contour on them, and I hope DTI launches more noses like this, as they look a lot more natural and dimensional, when a lot of their current noses can look very flat.

In the skin section, we got three new skin additions.
One of them is a new face highlight, one is new freckles which goes on the cheeks and across the bridge of the nose which is amazing.
Then, we did get a blush/highlight combo, which is nice and subtle. Plus you can make this one any color, and can be used for dark red, if you want any spooky looks, as it makes it look like blood from the eyes.

There are eight new items within the “other” tab, which includes the double brow piercing, the swirl eyeliner, the under-eye face gems, the center of the forehead gems, the butterflies and gems on the brow area, the ornate jewelled septum piercing (SO grateful for this) and the graphic eyeliner.
