The Grow A Garden team have revealed the newest weather event being added to the game, as part of the new Summer Harvest event.
Weather events are super exciting, because they can give your crops a brand new, super valuable mutation, which you can’t obtain with any other weather, pet or event.
Jandel gave us a preview of the brand new Grow A Garden Alien Invasion admin weather event, and it is totally the coolest weather event they’ve ever done…
Jandel did a TikTok video showing the new Alien Invasion admin weather event in action, and in the video, he shows us what the mutation will look like.
When a crop gets the mutation during the Alien Invasion event, the mutation is going to be called the AlienLike, in a bright blue teal color.
But what is the Grow A Garden Alien invasion event?
During the Alien Invasion event, little teal UFOs will fall from the sky, and float around our farms.
You can see them in the photo above, but they’re basically teal colored flying saucers, and they’ll descend down to our farms, and if they touch our crops, that is when we can get the sought after AlienLike mutation.
We don’t know what the mutation multiplier will be, but considering the Black Hole weather event, that gives us the VoidTouched mutation, and that mutation is worth a 135x multiplier, I would assume we’d get something similar, with a super high multiplier over 100x, but we’ll have to wait to find out for sure.
Jandel then showed us what the AlienLike mutation will make crops look like, and it’s the coolest mutation in the game for usre.
It gives the crops a teal colored, see-through effect, which is unlike anything we have in the game right now.
It has such a space/sci-fi effect to the crops, and it looks so cool and striking – just look how amazing the sunflower looks with the AlienLike mutation?
If we want to see the Grow A Garden Alien Invasion admin weather event, I think we’d need to be online for the entire summer update launch – and ensure you’re online at least 40 minutes before the update drops, because this is when Jandel does all of the cool weather events.
I can’t wait to see this event in action, and how cool the crops will look once we have the AlienInvasion mutation.
