The Grow A Garden Admin weather events are always a lot of fun. They’re usually totally random, and appear when you’re not expecting them, and they give you a chance to get ultra-rare mutations for your crops.
If you ever attend a Grow A Garden update, you’ll see multiple admin weather events done by Jandel, like Disco, Black Hole and Chocolate Rain.
Jandel has announced the latest admin weather event to be introduced, and it’s the Volcano admin weather event…

Jandel announced the newest admin weather event in a TikTok video, where he shows the Volcano weather event being selected and run, and it looks insane.

It starts with a red “warning” message on the top of your screen, which will read “Disaster Warning: volcanic eruption. Get away from the volcano!”

Behind the Gear Shop, Pet Shop and Cosmetics Shop, a massive shaking volcano will appear, spewing hot red and orange lava behind the shops, and the sky will turn a bright red color.

You can actually climb the volcano too, and get right to the top. If you’re on the volcano when it disappears, you end up falling, but you just respawn to be standing outside your farm. It’s so much fun, so definitely climb it whenever you see the event within the game.
During this event, a massive volcano appears from behind the Gear Shop, and it spews massive red, yellow and orange glowing cubes which roll into people’s gardens (as shown above).

Some of the cubes are massive, and some are small, and if you get a massive lava cube in your garden, it will turn a massive area of crops into the brand new Molten Mutation, which is a x25 multiplier for your crops.
When your crop gets the Molten mutation, it will glow red, yellow and orange, just like lava, and it glows so bright, so you’ll easily be able to notice if you’ve ended up with the Molten mutation, and the x25 mutation is amazing too, and well worth having.
If you see the volcano appear in your server, make sure you climb it, so you can see all the glowing lava cubes rolling into the player’s gardens.
I love how much the Grow A Garden leaks, when it comes to updates. It makes the games and updates more exciting, and I can’t wait to see the Volcano weather event in Grow A Garden this weekend, when the crafting update and working bees update launches.
