When the Grow A Garden Bizzy Bee update launched on May 31st, it brought a brand new egg and five exciting pets.
All five of the pets are different bees, and they all offer different benefits for your crops and your garden. Keep on reading to find out about the bee pet, what it does and if you should have one in your garden.
What Is The Grow A Garden Bee Pet?
As I mentioned above, there are five different bees you catch, and they come in the Bee Egg.
To get your hands on the bee egg, you need to get Honey Coins, which you earn by doing the honey combpressor task.
Every hour, on the hour, bees fly from the beehive on the event display in the center of the field, and they fly into the gardens of the players within the server, and pollinate random plants.
You then have to find these pollinated plants and give them to Onett inside the little wooden hut, and once you’ve given Onett 10kg of pollinated fruits, the honey combpressor then turns the fruits into honey, but you have to wait three minutes for that to happen.
Once the three minutes are up, you can collect your honey and get 10 Honey Coins.
To use your Honey Coins, you “talk” to the Queen Bee, and choose the “trade” option from those she gives you, and this opens the Honey Shop.
The Bee Eggs are 18 Honey Coins each, and labelled as being Mythical, in terms of rarity.
You can also purchase the Bee Eggs with Robux, and they are 129 Robux each.

Just like all of the Grow A Garden pets, all five bees have different benefits, and this is the Bee pet, which is the most common pet you’ll hatch, with a super high 65% chance.
I can’t recall any of the other eggs having one pet within the pet egg line-up with such a high percentage. Usually the highest is around 40-50% – like the snail in the bug egg is 40%, so this 65% chance is brutal, meaning it’s super rare to get the other bees in the egg.
This cute bee has a rectangle design, with black stripes, a smiley face, a black stinger and white flapping wings. It really is adorable, especially if you get an extra tiny one, or an extra large one.
What Is The Benefit Of The Grow A Garden Bee Pet?
The bee is the most common bee you’ll hatch inside the Grow A Garden Bee Eggs, and the benefit is pretty good, as it grants you the newest mutation within the game.
Every 24:32 minutes, it flies to a nearby fruit and pollinates it, applying the pollinated mutation.
You can get the pollinated mutation with the bee event, every hour, on the hour, but you can maximize your chance to get the pollination mutation by participating in the hourly event, and also by having this bee, as it’ll pollinate one crop for you every 24 minutes.
It is such an adorable pet flying around, and it’s easy to fill up its hunger bar too, so it’s super easy to age up very quickly, if aging pets quickly is important for you.
