Roblox has become the home of brainrot games ever since the launch of Steal A Brainrot last summer.
Roblox games always come and go in terms of popularity, and since Halloween, we’ve seen a crazy decline in Grow A Garden event quality and player numbers. It is still my favorite game, but the lack of content makes it less fun than it used to be.
The owners of the Dawn Discord server have created their own gardening themed game, following feedback from the Grow A Garden player base, and that’s new game is ready for launch!

If you love Grow A Garden, like myself, you’re probably already a member of the Dawn Discord server, where they offer trading servers, leaks and more. They used to offer a stock bot, sharing whenever rare seeds, gears or eggs were in stock, but they stopped updating their stock bot back in December.
It’s such a good Discord server, and made playing Grow A Garden even more fun, as players would test methods and ways to do the events each week. Well, that was until the Grow A Garden events changed post Christmas.

The idea for a game made by the Dawn Discord team was turned into a poll back on the 23rd of November, where Seizure Salad asked Dawn members if they’d play a “gag alternative made by me”, and from 2624 votes, 2178 people voted yes.
Since that poll, the team behind the Dawn Discord; Dawn Digital have created Garden Horizons, their own gardening game, which was developed from that very poll until now, which is kinda crazy. They’ve been able to create an entire, high-quality gardening game in under 3 months, and now it’s ready to launch.

Since that poll, we’ve had sneak peeks shared both in the Dawn Discord server (which I linked above), but also in the newer Garden Horizons Discord server, which if you haven’t joined, I recommend you do.
In this photo Seizure Salad shared on the 18th of January in Dawn, you can see a bird’s eye view of the “plots” within Garden Horizons, with there being six different plots in each server.
Each time you join a server to play Garden Horizons, you’ll be able to choose with “plot” you want to play with from the spare plots available in each server, so you can choose which garden layout you’d prefer.

The plots aren’t right on top of one another, like they are in Grow A Garden, and unlike Grow A Garden, there is scenery and greenery all the way around the map, to give your garden a little privacy and make it feel a little more lifelike than playing on one big, uniform green square like we do in Grow A Garden.
There is even water and beaches surrounding the garden area, which makes it look so scenic.

Around the map, you’ll see raised beds, gates, fences, benches, flowers, plants and even buildings. It is so decorated and pretty, and you can explore the whole map and go into other players gardens.
One big difference between Garden Horizons and Grow A Garden, is that you will not be able to steal anything from another player’s garden. That was a point of contention for many players, as you’d spend days and weeks growing super mutated fruits, and anyone with 39 Robux or 39 Tokens, could come along and swipe it.
It really sucked, and is the main reason many players chose to stay in private servers, as they didn’t want to be bothered by people trying to steal their plants – especially the single harvest crops, like the Zen Rocks, from the Zen Update. There’s no way of ever getting those back, so it’s not like you can just regrow it. You can’t.
You can play in Garden Horizons without worrying about things being stolen, so you can AFK as much as you want. People can walk into your gardens, but you cannot gift or trade anything in the game either, so they will hopefully leave you alone and not bother you with begging, once they realize they can’t be gifted/traded to.
