The Grow A Garden Beanstalk Event Update launched yesterday, and in my opinion, it’s the best update we’ve had since the two prehistoric updates.
With this new update, we got new seeds and a brand new egg with five super cute pets inside. There’s also a special pet, which can only be purchased in the event shop at the top of the beanstalk, and that’s the Spriggan. Keep reading to find out what it is, and what it does…

What Is The Grow A Garden Spriggan Pet?
The newest in-game egg is the Sprout Egg, and there are five pets you can hatch from that egg, and you can purchase the egg from Goliath’s Goods event shop at the top of the beanstalk, or you can earn free Sprout Eggs as rewards for doing the Beanstalk Event.
The Spriggan is a pet you can buy full-grown from the Event Shop, when it’s instock, and to be able to purchase the Spriggan, you have to participate in the growing of the beanstalk within your server, be that your private server, or in a public server.
Once you’ve unlocked the ability to see the Spriggan pet in stock, you have to wait for there to be one available, either with the hourly restocks, or buy manually restocking the shop with sheckles.
It is a “Mythical” item in the shop, and you can purchase it for 759 Robux, if you don’t want to wait for it to appear.
I managed to get one from manually restocking the shop a bunch of times, and one from the global restock that happened earlier today, so hopefully many of us managed to get one.
It’s a strange looking animal, and has a tree design, but as a walking creature with leaves coming out of branch-like antlers, and its shoulders.
It does look creepy in all honesty, as it walks around quite quickly, and it gives me Kodama vibes, from the Zen Event.

What Does The Grow A Garden Spriggan Pet Do?
The Spriggan Pet, every 20:53 minutes, spreads its roots and all fruit within 33.81 studs has a 16.91% chance to get the Bloom mutation.
It’s quite a long time to wait, but the older or heavier the Spriggan is, the quicker it will do its ability, and 33.81 studs is really quite large, so while the 16.91% percentage chance isn’t the best, as it’s a larger area than most pets that work with a stud radius, you have a greater chance to get the new Bloom mutation.

The Grow A Garden Bloom mutation has a x8 multiplier, which isn’t the highest, but it’s still nice to have new pets that can give us mutations, especially when you’re trying to mutate a super large, valuable fruit.
I can’t even imagine how creepy the Spriggan will look once it gets the Mega mutation in the Pet Mutation machine, but it’s definitely a pet you’ll want to add to your inventory, while it’s available, so snap one up if you ever see it in stock.
