I need to start by saying the TIRTIR Tinted Skin Glow Cushion Foundation has launched in Asia today, and it looks like it will 100% be coming to Europe at least, because TIRTIR registered the foundation’s name as an EU trademark back in May.
Let’s now look at the formula…
The TIRTIR Tinted Skin Glow Cushion Foundation has a different product description to the other TIRTIR cushion high-coverage foundations.
This new formula is described by the brand as being a thin, seamless, skin-like glow cushion with approximately 73% serum base and a lightweight ‘tinted moisturizer texture’.
It has been designed to be layerable without developing the thicker TIRTIR cushion foundation look.
The compact contains 16g of product and contains 10 types of hyaluronic acid, two fermented ingredients and TIRTIR’s VITA Peptide complex.
Plus, the formula contains Peony Bio Oil to create a glossy moisture veil on your skin, with lighter and adjustable coverage that gives you a skincare-like glow.
TIRTIR Tinted Skin Glow Cushion Foundation uses ‘Serum Glow Drop’ technology, to give your skin a sheer glossy film while fine powder helps blur uneven texture and colour.
The packaging has definitely had an upgrade from the usual chunky egg style compacts with TIRTIR cushion foundations, with a slim and mirrored compact.
The compact is a completely new metallic design, moving away from TIRTIR’s familiar chunky egg-shaped cushion packaging.
The TIRTIR Tinted Skin Glow Cushion Foundation is available in 6 shades (in Asia), and the shade range is likely to be extended for a Europe/US launch:

- 17C Porcelain
- 21N Ivory
- 10.5N Milk Veil
- 15c Fair Porcelain
- 19N Nude Beige
