Whenever we get a brand new fresh Grow A Garden update, it means we’re going to get a brand new egg, and for the new Grow A Garden Seed Stages Update launching on Saturday, they’re launching the new Jungle Egg, with five adorable new pets.
With the new Grow A Garden Seed Stages update, we’ll be able to “evolve” seeds we purchase from the new Tier 1 Seeds Shop, like Evo Pumpkin I, Evo Mushroom I and Evo Beetroot I.
We’ll have to hand in different evolutions of seeds and fruits to the new NPC on the Seed Stages platform, and by doing so, we’ll unlock potential rewards including:
- Pet Lead x3
- Godly Sprinkler x2
- Master Sprinkler
- Pet Name Reroller x3
- Silver Fertilizer x3
- Gardener Seed Pack
- Gardener Crate
- Rare Egg x2
- Gardener Seed Pack x3
- Grandmaster Sprinkler

- Gardener Crate x3
- Mythical Egg x2
- Bug Egg
- Jungle Egg
- Exotic Gardener Seed Pack
Inside the Jungle Egg, these are the five brand new pets:
- Tree Frog – 40% chance
- Hummingbird – 30% chance
- Iguana – 24% chance
- Chimpanzee – 5% chance
- Tiger – 1% chance
So, far, we only know the ability of the Tree Frog pet and the Hummingbird pet, but hopefully we’ll get more spoilers between now and the update’s launch on Saturday.
Tree Frog Pet
Every 3:03 minutes, the tree frog advances the growth of a random plant by 15 minutes.
Hummingbird Pet
Every 58:50 seconds, the hummingbird converts a random single-harvest plant into its seed equivalent. Ignores favorited plants.

Tiger Pet
Every 12:41 minutes, the Tiger roars, calls all pets in your garden to move towards it. 5186.23 total XP is shared across each pet (max 800 XP per pet).
Every 7:50 minutes, roars, and 3 random mutations from your garden will be replaced with another random mutation. Ignores favorited fruit.
We don’t yet know the ability of the Iguana or Chimpanzee, but I’ll update this post once we do.
I imagine the Chimpanzee will have an ability like the Silver Monkey and Monkey pets, as they both have a similar benefit in that they refund sold fruits, so it’s possible that the Chimpanzee will have an ability like that, but I hope it’s not, as it’s not the most OP ability in all honesty.
I’m personally happy to see the 1% pet not being a bird or winged animal this time, after having 5 winged/beak pets in a row.
Finally, they’re changing it up, and whilst we still have the Hummingbird as a bird within the egg, it’s just refreshing to have something different for the 1% pet this time.
