Grow A Garden GHOUL GARDEN Halloween Update Reveal

If you’ve been waiting for a Halloween update announcement from Grow A Garden, it’s officially happened.

This Saturday, Grow A Garden is launching their Halloween update, which is likely to be a three-week event, as it’s three weeks into Halloween.

It’s called the Grow A Garden Ghoul Garden Update, and the spoilers already look freaking exciting…

DJ Jhai announced the new update, as always, within the official Discord;

The Ghoul Garden Halloween Update was teased by Jandel, over on his TikTok, where he compared this new Halloween update as being like the OG updates, and likened it specifically to the “Night Event”, which launched back in May.

I loved that event, so I’m excited that we might be getting those OG Grow a Garden vibes once more.

In the sneak peek video on TikTok, Jandel showed the new event display in the centre of the map.

It looks remarkably similar to the Fall Market display in all honesty, but with some spooky touches and elements.

In the middle of the display, there is a dark purple tree, with hanging glowing ghosts, and white string that gives cobweb vibes.

Around the base of the tree trunk, there are glowing Jack o lanterns, plus a couple of NPC characters.

Then, around the outside of the display, there are three stalls, which looks very similar to the Fall Market display.

For the Halloween update, we have the Creepy Critters stall, which is going to sell Halloween themed pets, Spooky Seeds, which, you guessed it, is where we’ll be able to buy Halloween themed seeds, and also a Decor stall, where we can purchase Halloween themed cosmetic items for our gardens.

If you played the night event, you’ll remember, on the hour, the event shop appeared from underground, and was only available for a very short time. Well, the same mechanic is being used for the Grow A Garden Halloween update.

On the hour, the ground will be disturbed, and a huge glowing pumpkin will appear from the floor, and the Jack-O-Lantern looks insane.

Jandel said there’s going to be a “candy corn currency”, which suggests we’ll need to hand in something to the Jack-O-Lantern, to earn the new Candy Corn Currency, which we’ll then spend at the decor stall, seeds stall and pets stall.

I’ll update this post as soon as more information is shared, but this update is launching this Saturday, and I am so excited to see which seeds and pets we are going to get.
