With the introduction of the Grow A Garden Ascension Shop, we got the ability to “ascend” our gardens to hand over our sheckles and a mutated fruit in return for Garden Coins.
The Garden Coins can be spent in two separate places; the Ascension Shop and the Seed Shop.
In the Ascension Shop, you can use your Garden Coins to purchase garden upgrades like an extra save slot, extra pet inventory slots and extra egg hatching slots, but you can also use your Garden Coins in the Tier 2 Seed Shop.

When the Grow A Garden Ascension Shop was introduced, it launched alongside the ability to “feed” the NPCs. The first NPC we could feed was Sam at the Seed Shop, and now we can also feed Raphael at the Pet Eggs Shop, to unlock a Tier 2 within the Pet Shop.
When feeding Sam, you have to get the “friendship” to the right level to unlock the Tier 2 shop, and when you have unlocked the Tier 2 shop tab, you still have to continue feeding Sam once every 24 hours, to fully unlock each of the new four new and exclusive seeds.
Within the Tier 2 Seed Shop, these are the following four new seeds:
- Broccoli Seed – 2 Garden Coins & Legendary (or 768 Robux)
- Potato Seed – 3 Garden Coins & Mythical (or 839 Robux)
- Brussels Sprout Seed – 6 Garden Coins & Divine (or 897 Robux)
- Cocomango Seed – 7 Garden Coins & Prismatic (or 939 Robux)

The rarest seed within the Tier 2 Seed Shop is the Cocomango Seed, and that seed is the newest prismatic seed within the game, and the most expensive in terms of Garden Coins, as it costs 7 Garden Coins.
It is also only ever in stock with one single seed, if you ever do find it in stock, plus the Tier 2 Seed Shop only restocks once an hour, so it’s much harder to find in stock than the regular seed shop, which restocks every 5 minutes.
The Cocomango Seed is orange and brown, with a gradient design, and there’s a little face on the front of the seed.

Like the name suggests, the Cocomango Seed is a hybrid of a coconut and a mango, and it grows a coconut tree, but the fruits are shaped like mangos.
The tree comes in different colors too, you can get dark brown, yellowy brown (like mine shown above) and even a light brown color too.
Just like coconut trees, the height of your tree is all down to luck, but from using my Reclaimer, I’ve grown the tree a few times, and the most Cocomango fruits you can get on one tree is four, but usually, it’s three in my experience.

What is cool about the Cocomango, is that it grows so, so much quicker than the normal coconut.
The average growing time for the Cocomango seed is 1 hour and 28 minutes, which is super quick for a prismatic seed, and it falls under lots of categories: Woody, Leafy, Sweet, Sour and Fruit.
It is a multi-harvest seed, just like mangos and coconuts, and the fruits also grow super quick, just like the tree, which I definitely appreciate.
The Cocomango fruits are weird. They all have different faces on, which I don’t appreciate or like.
Why are we making fruits with faces? It looks so childish, and yes, I know this game is mostly played by children, but it feels weird for a prismatic seed to have a childish face on it.
What’s also weird, when you equip a Cocomango in your hand, it makes a weird moaning noise. It made sense with the Mandrake seed, but not with the Cocomango.

The Cocomango fruits come in different colors, brown to orange, brown to yellow and brown to red.
They all have a gradient effect in their color, with different facial expressions on them.
In this photo, this Cocomango weighs 19.45kg, and it sold for 302,798 sheckles – and I didn’t use any sprinklers or growth-boosting pets.
As it’s a prismatic seed, the value is definitely up there, and I like that it is quick to grow, and some prismatic seeds take forever to grow (Elder Strawberries, Burning Bud and Ember Lily are perfect examples of that).
If you like the idea of fruits with faces on, I think you’d like this seed. However, I feel like it’s not a must-have seed.
I think the Maple Resin seed in the Fall Seed Shop is much better in terms of value and aesthetics, and you could spend your 7 Garden Coins better in the Ascension Shop, to put towards unlocking a new garden save slot, extra egg hatching slots or pet inventory slots.
