Essence is definitely taking some product inspiration from K-Beauty brands right now, and I’m here for it.
The brand new Essence Jelly Pot Lip & Cheek Balms look remarkably similar to the K-Beauty FWEE Glowy Jelly Pots. Except they are £18 each, and the Essence Jelly Pot Lip & Cheek Balms are just £4 each.
The Essence Jelly Pot Lip & Cheek Balms are “playful” little pots with a lip and cheek balm to bring your lips and cheeks to life, with a delicious strawberry scent.
With these little circular pots, the lip and cheek cream balm can give you a fresh, dewy finish, with a buildable colour payoff, allowing you to go soft and subtle, or a lot more intense.
They have a bouncy, jelly-like texture that melts beautifully into the skin, for easy and fuss-free application.
For application, you can apply the Essence Jelly Pot Lip & Cheek Balms with a sponge, makeup brush or your fingertips, and you can blend gently for a natural look, or layer the colour for a more intense pop of colour.
On the model photos, you can see the Jelly Pot Balms give a pretty glow to the cheeks, and a glossy juicy finish on the lips.

I really like the packaging on these balms, as you get a cute little jar with a colour matching lid for the shade inside the jar, so you can see which shade is which, and each of the cheek balms are £3.29/€3.49 for 4g of product.
