Grow A Garden has been introducing some new quality of life updates to the game, alongside the weekly events, and part of those updates include the ability to feed the main NPCs to unlock secret shops.
The first NPC we could feed was Sam at the Seed Shop, and by unlocking the Tier 2 shop, by reaching the Level 2 of friendship, you could view the four special seeds which can be purchased with Garden Coins. Now we can feed Raphael at the Pet Eggs Shop…

How To Unlock The Secret Pet Eggs Shop
At the Pet Eggs Shop, we can buy pet eggs, sell our pets and now Raphael has a secret shop, just like Sam at the Seed Shop.
When you open up the Pet Eggs Shop, you’ll see two tabs at the side; Tier 1 (which is the usual egg shop) and Tier 2 (the new secret pet shop).
By default, the tier 2 shop is locked, and the only way you can unlock this shop is by feeding Raphael, and the rarer the fruits/flowers/vegetables that you put into the cooking recipe, the more points you get.
You need to use a Cooking Kit to make food for the NPCs, and to unlock the Cooking Kit cosmetic, you need to complete some of the achievements within the Core Plants section within your Garden Guide.
You will receive one Cooking Kit for completing the Common Achievements section, the Rare Achievements section and also the Mythical Achievements section, giving you a maximum of three separate Cooking Kits.
Each level of friendship is 15 points, and you can feed him one piece of food a day, so make sure you give him the rarest food possible, so you don’t waste your one daily food item.
To unlock the new Tier 2 egg shop, you need to get the friendship level to Friendship Level 3, and you get a pop-up message that reads “Unlocked Tier 2 from Pet Shop” to let you know that you’ve successfully unlocked the secret pet shop.

Which Items Are Included Inside The Tier 2 Pet Eggs Shop?
In tier 1 of the Pet Eggs shop, you’ll find the usual eggs on sale; Common, Uncommon, Rare, Legendary, Mythical and Bug Eggs, and for now, when you unlock tier 2, there are two new items you can purchase: Pet Name Reroller and Pet Lead.
The Pet Name Reroller has a Legendary rarity rating, and costs 10 million sheckles, and costs 49 Robux.
The Pet Lead also has a Legendary rarity rating, but that one costs 20 million sheckles, and is 99 Robux.
Whilst both items are “Legendary” items, the Pet Name Reroller is always in stock, and the Pet Lead is often not in stock, plus, you always get between two and eight Pet Name Rerollers in stock, and if the Pet Lead is in stock, there’s only ever one or two in stock.

How To Use The Grow A Garden Pet Name Reroller
The Pet Name Reroller is a gear item, and you can find it in your inventory by searching reroller in the search box.
Once you click the Pet Name Reroller, it puts a bone shaped pet name tag in your hand, and you have to walk upto the pet you want to use the Pet Name Reroller on.
With the Pet Name Reroller, it will randomly allocate a pet name from the Grow A Garden list of available pet names. We cannot choose a specific name for our pets, so we can only get the names within the name database.

You simply click the pet you want to change the name for, and you get a pop-up message on the screen to let you know which name they have now been randomly allocated.
In this example, my peacock was named Cappy, and I hate that name as so many of my pets have that exact same name, so I clicked the peacock, and the randomizer allocated a new name of Jazzy, which I much prefer.
You only get one rename pet individual Pet Name Reroller gear item, so it’ll cost you 10 million sheckles per name repick, and if you don’t like the new name, you’ll have to use another Pet Name Reroller to try again.
It’s so cool that we can choose names we prefer, but if like me, you have multiple pets with the same name (like Cappy), it makes it so much easier to ensure each pet has a different name, when it comes to using Treats, Toys or Levelup Lollipops.
The Tier 2 Pet Egg Shop restocks every 30 minutes, just like the eggs, so once you’ve unlocked the shop, make sure you always check that tab, to stock up on the name rerollers and leads, as you never know when you’re going to need them.
