During the Grow A Garden Crafting update, we got a whole menu of items we could craft with items within the game. There’s a menu for gear items we can craft, and a whole menu of seeds we can craft too.
The Mutation Spray Shocked is one of three sprays we can craft, and they each convert a singular fruit into a different mutation. Keep on reading to find out about the Grow A Garden Mutation Spray Shocked…

The Grow A Garden Mutation Spray Shocked is a spray you craft at the Cosmetics/Crafting stand next to the Gear Shop.
To craft the spray, you need two items and a lot of sheckles. If you don’t want to do any crafting, you can pay 199 Robux to bypass the crafting stage.
If you do want to craft the spray, like I did, you’ll need:
- 1 x Cleaning Spray
- 1 x Lightning Rod
- 1 Million Sheckles
It’s expensive to craft, as the lightning rods used to cost 1 million sheckles, and you need 1 million sheckles to do the recipe, although you now can only craft lightning rods, and can no longer purchase them, which is such a disappointing change.
If there was a storm, you could just whizz over to the gear shop and buy a lightning rod, but now you can’t do that, you have to craft one first, and if you want to make this spray, you’re going to have to craft a lightning rod first, and then craft the spray, which is a lot of hassle.
Once you’ve handed over the two items and the 1 million sheckles, it takes 30 minutes to craft the Grow A Garden Mutation Spray Shocked.

You have to purchase the Cleaning Spray via the Gear Shop, which is 15 million sheckles. So, you’re going to have to spend 15 million sheckles to make this spray, as well as provide one lightning rod, and the 1 million sheckles.
If you’re planning on crafting this spray, make sure the fruit you’re going to use it on, is worth doing it on, because you’re going to have to spend 15 million sheckles to get a Cleaning Spray, so you don’t want to be left out of pocket.

It’s a handheld spray bottle, with a long nozzle, and you have to be standing directly in front of the fruit you want to use it on.
When you make the Mutation Spray Shocked, it is a one-use single-use gear. So you literally get one press to get it right, so be ultra careful when choosing which fruit you want to click on.
With the Mutation Spray Shocked, you are applying the Shocked mutation to your chosen fruit. The Shocked mutation gives you a multiple of x100, and is usually only a mutation you can get from a thunderstorm.
Although this spray is a hassle to make, I feel like it’s worth it with a 100x multiplier, whereas the Spray Choc, you can also craft, only gives you a 2x multiplier, which isn’t really worth it, in my opinion.

In my example, I used it on my mega Moon Melon, after doing the Infinite Sprinkler Glitch, and the melon already has the mutations: gold, disco and pollinated, so I wanted to add the shocked mutation to increase the value, and it worked perfectly, and it is literally one single click, and it’s done.
For a 100x multiplier, it is worth making, and using, as you’re going to increase the selling price of your fruit considerably, and you don’t have to worry about thunderstorms striking specific fruits.
