The latest Grow A Garden update has been announced, and it’s the Grow A Garden Crafting Update.
We just found out about the massive Grow A Garden summer update, which is launching next weekend (June 21st), but before that update launches, we have the super exciting Crafting Update to look forward to. Keep on reading to find out more.
When Does The Grow A Garden Crafting Update Launch?
The Grow A Garden Crafting Update launches on Saturday, the 14th of June, and launches at 10am EST.

Crafting brings a whole new way to play with exciting new upgrades for your gardens and lots more surprises to uncover… Explore crafting while also discovering/unlocking new seeds, pets, features, and so much more in this Grow A Garden update!

We got a taste of crafting within the game, with the launch of the Bizzy Bear crafting event.
You have to give the bear a specific amount of honey jars (which you made with the honey combpressor) as well as a specific size of a fruit or flower, and once you’ve done that, the bear “crafts” you a reward, which could be seed packs, seeds, Anti Bee Eggs or Nectar Staffs.
If you play Animal Crossing, crafting is a massive element within the game, where you need specific ingredients/items, and you can create a brand new item with those ingredient items.
It sounds like it’s going to be a similar situation with the Grow A Garden Crafting update, but the rewards are going to include:
- new upgrades for your garden
- new seeds
- new pets
- new gear
- new features
This sounds so exciting, and a fun way to grind within the game, and have something to work towards.
The main reason players were upset about the Lunar Glow Event being removed for the launch of the Cosmetics Update, was that with the removal of the event, players felt like they didn’t have a reason to log in, and grind anymore.
With the crafting update launch, we’re going to have something to work towards, and it sounds so fun, and a real game changer for the game.
I love the idea that with crafting, we’re going to be able to get new seeds and new pets. I can’t wait to see how that works, and how many new seeds or pets we’ll be able to unlock.
I wonder if the Bizzy Bear will disappear from the main event stage, and if the new crafting station will go there instead? Or will we get a new menu on the screen, where we can do the crafting? It’ll be interesting to see how it’s going to work, and I’ll update this post as soon as more information is revealed.
