Whimsygoth is one of the brand new themes within Dress To Impress, and it launched as part of the 100 new themes added in the Valentine’s update back in February.
Whimsygoth is a relatively new fashion aesthetic, and I’m going to share a few outfit ideas you could try within Dress To Impress…

Starting with my first outfit, I chose the chunky red heels from non-VIP, and I made them black all over #000000.
For the skirt, I used the currency Witch Skirt with the black and purple lace pattern all over and light silk for the material, and the lace edge black #000000.
I chose the crossbody bag in black all over and light silk for the material. For the earrings, I chose the heart drop earrings and made them black 000000 and purple 430c68.
For the sleeves, I chose the cropped long-sleeve jacket from the VIP Valentine’s display and turned off the fur and turned off the front lacing, making it black all over 000000, purple for the lacing 440c69.
I added the Lana cropped long sleeve top on the toggle “smooth” to remove the lines, and a purple color #430c68 and light silk material.
Then I added the fingerless gloves in light silk and black 000000, and the Ice Queen Sleeves in toggle 2 and black 000000.
No Whimsygoth outfit would be complete without layered jewelry, and I added the VIP key necklace in black all over 000000, and then the choker pendant necklace from non-VIP in black all over 000000.

My next Whimsygoth outfit is themed around burgundy.
Starting off, I chose the Witch Skirt (currency item) and chose the pretty burgundy lace pattern, making the skirt light silk for section one, and section two color 400809 for the lace trim.
For the top, I chose the Witch Corset (currency item), and used the burgundy lace pattern for section one and two, and then color 400809 for section three, four and five.
On the arms, I used the VIP Valentine’s chest cropped jacket with the fur removed, and used the burgundy lace pattern for section one, and color 400809 for section two and section three.
I used the non-VIP bow heels and made section one light silk and the burgundy lace pattern, section two color 400809 and section three color 400809.
For the accessories, I used the thick non-VIP choker in light silk and color 400809, and the snake non-VIP necklace in color 400809.
Lastly, I used the flower crown with spikes removed, in light silk and color 400809 for all three sections.

For my third whimsygoth outfit (or whimsigoth), I went for the pretty gray-lilac lattern themed outfit.
I started with the Strawberry Dress (currency) on the skirt only toggle and chose the gray lilac lace pattern for both sections.
For the top, I chose the non-VIP strappy vest top and made it the gray lilac lace pattern. Layered over the top, I used the mesh top from the men’s section, and chose the color 47475d.
Footwear, I chose the Mary Jane shoes in the color 30303e and 404040.
I did a layered necklace look, starting with the Vintage Mini Dress Choker (currency) and made it matte and the same gray lilac lace pattern, then the heart dangle necklace in the gray lilac pattern for both sections, and finally the layered non-VIP necklace on toggle “2” and made it the gray lilac pattern for both sections.
For the earrings, I chose the small hoops in the same gray lilac pattern, and finished with the lace hair bonnet, using the gray lilac pattern for section one, and then the color 47475d for the two other sections.
