Grow A Garden has launched six brand new seeds in-game, as part of their Working Bees Crafting Update.
The Bendboo seed is just one of those six new seeds, and it’s a brand new twist on the normal bamboo – literally.

The brand new Grow A Garden Bendboo Seed is one of six seeds you get within the Crafters Seed Pack.
You can get the Crafters Seed Pack in two ways. You can purchase them in the Grow A Garden shop – by clicking the green shop button on the side of the screen, and use Robux to buy them.
Or, you can craft them with a recipe by walking up to the potting bench on the Bizzy Bear event display, where you’ll have to hand over one Flower Seed Pack that you bought in the Honey Shop, and one jar of honey, which you made with the Honey Combpressor.
You then have to wait 20 minutes for the crafting to happen, and once those 20 minutes are up, you can open your seed pack to see which of the following six seeds you got:
- Crocus – 40% chance
- Succulent – 25% chance
- Violetcorn – 20% chance
- Bendboo – 10% chance
- Cocovine – 4.5% chance
- Dragon Pepper – 0.5% chance

The Bendboo has only a 10% chance, and the seed has such a cool design.
It’s green ombre colored seed, but with a twisted shape, which is unlike any of the other Grow A Garden seeds.

When you plant your Bendboo Seed, it grows super quickly like normal bamboo, and just like bamboo, it’s a single harvest crop.
So you only get one single piece of bendboo from the one seed, which is terrible in my opinion.
With a 10% chance, to get something you can only use once is awful.
In terms of design, it’s basically what the name suggests, a bendy version of bamboo, with a spiral design.
You can actually scale it, by walking up the bamboo like a spiral staircase, and it does look kinda cool.

I got two Bendboo seeds from the free Crafters Seed Packs, and one of them was gold, which looks even cooler than the original green color.

It just feels a little underwhelming for a single harvest crop to be the 10% chance plant.
If you were buying the Premium Anti Bee Eggs it’s 149 Robux for one egg, and the Moth has a 13.75% benefit, so around the same chance percentage, but one seed pack is 199 Robux, you could get this one-use piece of bamboo?
I’m not impressed, I have to be honest. I’m glad I got a gold one, but for 50 more Robux, I’d rather buy the Anti Bee Eggs instead – or any other of the eggs in the pet shop, a Bug Egg would be way more impressive than this.
