Whenever you participate in the Grow A Garden Fairy Event, you’ll get a chance to earn free Enchanted Eggs.
The Enchanted Eggs are super pretty eggs, with little flowers all over, and there are five new pets to hatch when getting these eggs as rewards for turning in fruits/flowers with the Glimmering mutation. Keep on reading to find out all about the new Pixie pet…
With the Enchanted Eggs, you will hatch one of these five pets:
- Ladybug – 50% chance
- Pixie – 29% chance
- Imp – 15% chance
- Glimmering Sprite – 5% chance
- Cockatrice – 1% chance
The Pixie is the second most common pet, and they’re pretty cool as they’re all different colors.
When you hatch a Pixie, it immediately hovers over the top of the hatched egg, and is a pale sage green color and tiny, but it then appears in a different color above your head.
The Pixie is a circular ball with white wings which flutter as it hovers around your farm.
I believe there are four different colors you can get; a green, a pink, a purple and a blue, and they all have glowing eyes.
When the Pixie flutters its wings, there are different color orbs which spin around the wings.
All of the Pixie pets have different sizes, just like all Grow A Garden pets, but imagine how epic the Pixie would look in a huge or titanic size?
I’ve not seen any photos on social media/Reddit of anyone hatching a titanic version (yet), but it would look so, so cool in a massive size.
I love how cool the design is on the Pixie, especially with it being the second most common.
Benefits Of The Grow A Garden Pixie Pet
Every 3:26 minutes, the Pixie spreads pixie dust for 15.32 seconds. All plants within 16.62 studs will advance growth an extra 30 seconds every second. Also makes nearby players levitate.
The Pixie will spin in a circle every 3:26 minutes, with a green circle marked on the floor, and as it spins in the circle, it makes all the plants within the “circle” grow an extra 30 seconds for every second within the 15.32 second spinning session.
Plus, if you’re in close proximity of the Pixie, it can make you levitate off the ground, kinda like the Black Hole admin weather event, but you do have to be close to the Pixie whilst it is spinning in a circle, for you to experience the levitation mechanic.
If you don’t own Echo Frogs, the Pixie pet could be a good alternative for making things grow quicker, especially with the Wishing Well quest, as you need your crops to grow back quickly, so they can get the Glimmer mutation, for you to be able to hand them in.
It’s not a pet that’s only handy for this specific update, and the design is honestly one of my favorite designs they’ve ever done.
