When the Fairy World update launched this past weekend, Grow A Garden gave us a number of new pets.
We got a brand new chest (the Enchanted Chest) with three new pets, plus three new pets within Fairy World, with the new and exclusive vendors.
The Drake is one of those three Fairy World pets, and it’s super hard to find it in stock. Is it worth spending quadrillions of sheckles to restock the shop to try and purchase one? Keep on reading to find out…

The Grow A Garden Drake pet can only be purchased from the Fairy World, and the Fairy World can only be accessed 10 minutes after the fairy event finished.
You get a notification on the screen to tell you a “fairy ring” has appeared, and a purple and blue ring appears randomly on the map, and you have to enter it, to gain access to the Fairy World.
Inside the Fairy World, there’s a huge obby with hot pink orbs, which you can “claim” to get rewards like reclaimers, glimmer sprays, crates, fairy nets, event lanterns and more.
As well as the huge obby, there are four vendors that allow you to purchase items with your Fairy Points that you can gain from doing the Wishing Well quest from week one of the update.

There’s the first vendor in the middle of the Fairy World, where you can hand over your Fairy Jars, and for every 100 Fairy Jars you hand over, you get an Enchanted Chest, but you can also access their shop by clicking “what are you selling?”.
To purchase the Drake pet, you need to find the “Pets” vendor, which is another vendor alongside the “Cosmetics” vendor and the “Seeds” vendor.
The Drake pet is available via the Pets vendor, and it has a Mythical rarity, which is why it is so rare, and hard to find in stock.
You have to manually restock the shop, and you can see from the top corner, I had to restock upto 61.8 quintillion sheckles to find it in stock, and once it was in stock, it costs 35,000 Fairy points.
You can also use Robux to purchase the Drake pet, and it’s 849 Robux.

The Grow A Garden Drake is based on a mythological creature, which is synonymous with a dragon, derived from the Old English and Latin words for “dragon” or “serpent”.
It is a deep red color with black claws, and three gray horns. It kinda looks like a triceratops without the frill on its head.

What Does The Grow A Garden Drake Pet Do?
Goes to any active Cooking Kit cosmetic in your garden, and breathes fire on it, helping the cooking process, and boosting cooking speed by 11.26%.
Once you have a Cooking Kit placed in your garden, the Drake automatically walks over to it, and climbs on top of the Cooking Kit (similar to the Gorilla Chef), and it kinda grinds itself into the cooking pot, which is beyond weird.

I don’t know why it grinds away, but it doesn’t “breathe” onto the kit, it just grinds up and down on top of the cooking kit the entire time you’re cooking something.
It only takes 11.26% off the cooking time, but I presume the reduction in cooking time will increase as the Drake ages, and I don’t think they will stack unless you have multiple cooking kits going in your garden.
For an 11% reduction, I really don’t think it’s worth it at all. I feel like it should have another extra benefit, especially as it’s so, so rare and difficult to get hold of, plus it’s crazy expensive at 35,000 Fairy Points.
