If you listen to Grow A Garden with sound on, some of the pets make the most adorable sounds, and one of the cutest pets for the noises has to be the Sea Otter. I just love the sea otter’s design, behavior and it’s quite a helpful pet in terms of its benefit. Keep on reading to find out more…

How To Get The Grow A Garden Sea Otter Pet
If you’re wanting to get your hands on the adorable sea otter, you’re going to need to purchase the Legendary Eggs.
Each of the Legendary Eggs are 3,000,000 (three million sheckles), and inside those eggs, you can get one of these pets:
- Cow (white and brown) 42.55%
- Silver Monkey (grey) 42.54%
- Sea Otter (brown) 10.64%
- Turtle (green) 2.13%
- Polar Bear (white) 2.13%
Although the sea otter is only 10.64% chance, I find that I get it a lot considering you’re more likely to get a cow or silver monkey before you get the sea otter. I am still, however, trying to get the turtle and polar bear – those are a nightmare to get hold of.

Benefits Of Owning The Grow A Garden Sea Otter
The Sea Otter pet is a low profile, brown colored sea otter with cream accents, and cute little whiskers.
Every 30 seconds, the sea otter will spray water on a nearby crop within at least 15 studs of where it is standing.
So, it basically helps to water your crops for you, and the amount of water it “sprays” is a decent amount, so depending on how stacked up your farm is, it’ll potentially water multiple crops at once.
Some of the pets have more exciting benefits that you can see visually, but the sea otter is helpful, and it means you don’t have to walk around with a watering can watering your plants, because the sea otter has it covered every 30 seconds.

Plus, it makes the most adorable noises in the entire game. It genuinely does sound like a real otter, and it makes adorable squeaks as it decides to spray your crops. That alone makes it one of my favorites.
If you hate using a watering can to water your crops, the sea otter would be a good pet, by doing that for you, plus it looks and sounds adorable, so it’s a win-win.
