The new long-wear eyeliner pencil glides across your eye smoothly, without dragging or skipping. ILIA describes the formula as blending effortlessly but setting quickly for up to 24 hours of wear.
This pencil eyeliner is safe for those with sensitive eyes, is safe for your waterline, and is also ophthalmologist-tested.
