The Victoria Beckham Beauty Navy Noir Pavé Satin Kajal Liner is the newest shade in the brand’s Jewel formula. As well as having a Jewel finish, there’s also a Shimmer finish and a Matte finish, with a total of 21 shades.
There are already two deep/navy blue shades within the range with Jeans (matte) and Navy Noir (also matte), but this is the first true navy shimmer shade.
Victoria Beckham Beauty describes Navy Noir Pavé as rich navy with silver and sapphire sparkle, and that is such a good shade description.
When you look at the swatch up close, you can see the different sizes of navy shimmer particles, and the liner has a shimmery base so you get the best of both worlds getting shimmer and sparkle all-in-one.
The idea of a sparkly eyeliner might not appeal, but the Jewel finish is my favourite that the brand does. You get the sparkle, but not excessive amounts of fall out.
They’re not completely fall out free, but it is minimal throughout the whole day, and to me, it’s worth it because the formula is incredible, and the shades are stunning.

They really do work well for all over the lid as the formula is so emollient and smooth that it glides across the lid with no tugging, blends out like an eyeshadow, lasts all day without creasing and this new shade is available right now.
