It’s time for a whole new Grow A Garden update, following two weeks of the fairy themed update, and it has been officially announced, it’s going to be the Grow A Garden Fall Market update.
The Fairy Event has been a two-week update, like all Grow A Garden updates, and whilst week one was a really great update, the second week of the Fairy Event (Fairy World) has had a lot of criticism, so a lot of players are hoping this newest update will be better…

Grow A Garden officially announced their newest update, which is launching this coming Saturday, the 13th of September, in their official Discord, and on their Roblox events page, with the following announcement:
“New Shops + More!
This update introduces a new type of event to celebrate the coming of fall: the Fall Market.
Explore and play the Fall Market event! This brings new seeds, pets, lots of gear, weather, and lots more that can be unlocked throughout the event. There will also be other new and refreshed features/content to enjoy!“
The second week of the Fairy Event aka Fairy World has been wildly criticized for being extremely difficult, and overcomplicated, and the Grow A Garden team have had to make multiple amendments to the event, and the pricing of items, due to how many players have been complaining on social media.
Due to the negative backlash, I think there’s going to be a lot of pressure on the Grow A Garden team for this update to be amazing.

What Is The Grow A Garden Fall Market Update?
The Grow A Garden Fall Market update is designed to celebrate the start of autumn/fall, and in the announcement photo we can see some tall acorn trees, so hopefully that’ll be a seed we’ll be getting within this update.
Around the base of acorn trees, we can see a collection of fruits/vegetables, which gives me Summer Harvest event vibes.
In the description of the event, it mentions the following:
- new seeds
- new pets
- lots of gear
- new weather
- lots more that can be unlocked throughout the event
It’s interesting that they mention “lots of gear”, as gear items tend to be quite impactful within the game, like the Levelup Lollipops and Grandmaster Sprinkler. I can’t wait to see what the “lots” of gear items will be.
In the image we can see multiple vendors/stalls on the event platform, so maybe we’ll have different vendors we can buy items from, but as they mention things need to be “unlocked through the event”, it could be similar to how we had to unlock everything within Fairy World.
As it’s a brand new event, we can expect to get a brand new seed pack, and a brand new egg with 5-6 new pets (find out about the Fall Egg and the five pets right here), which is always exciting.

Here are the five pets we’ll be able to hatch from the new Grow A Garden Fall Update Egg:
- Robin – 55% chance
- Badger – 32.5% chance
- Grizzly Bear – 10% chance
- Barn Owl – 1.5% chance
- Swan – 1% chance
When it comes to what kinds of seeds we’ll get, I hope the acorn tree in the promo image is one of the seeds we can obtain, and not just a tree on the event platform.
I think the Maple Apple that we got during the Zen event, would have been perfect for this update, so I wonder what the new 0.5% seed will be. Considering how amazing the Wispwing seed is, there’s a lot of pressure for this update’s newest 0.5% seed to be amazing.
Ascension Shop Reward
This week, Jandel pushed a new update to the ascension shop, following a lot of complaints from the community over how difficult the fruit mutations were, and he made the whole ascension process a lot easier, and instead of being able to ascend every 24 hours, we can now do it every 4 hours, and whilst we do get less Garden Coins for doing so, the mutated fruit requirements are a lot easier.
Many of us, including myself, did do the ascension multiple times before the update, and Jandel posted this message:
“People who ascended with the old system, will get a good reward this weekend. Since it was much harder”
We don’t know what the “good reward” will be, but I think it could potentially be a pet, as he also went on to say it’ll be a “cool reward” to make up for that we lost all of our sheckles, and spent so much time trying to get the super difficult mutations in order to ascend.
As soon as more reveals and sneak peeks are shared, I’ll update this post, but I can’t wait to see what’s coming in this brand new autumn-themed event.
