The reclaimer gear is one of the best gear items to launch within Grow A Garden. Once you craft a reclaimer tool, you can turn any plant back into a seed, providing it is not a single harvest plant, like a mushroom, bamboo or parasol flower.
It’s particularly good for when your seed grows a tiny tree or plant, as you can just reclaim it, and try planting it again. But, what happens if you use the reclaimer gear on a super seed? Keep on reading to find out…

What Is A Super Seed In Grow A Garden?
Within the game, when you click the green “shop” icon on the side of the screen, you can scroll down to the Forever Pack section.
There you will always see the first item as free, but you then have to pay a small amount of Robux, to progress along the reward track.
You get a handful of free items, usually sheckles, or watering cans, and you come across items that cost Robux, and they’ll allow you to progress along the reward track until the next Robux paid item.
There is a super seed every day within the Forever Pack, but its location changes, so on one day it could literally cost you 3,000 Robux to get it, whilst on another day, it could be just 37 Robux.
Once you have a super seed, you don’t know what the seed is going to be until you plant it.
You are guaranteed to get either a rainbow plant or a gold plant, and the seed will be one of the seeds within the Seed Shop, so you could be super unlucky and get a golden carrot, but you could also get a rainbow Sugar Apple.
It’s all down to luck, and I’ve had mixed results myself. The worst I’ve had so far is a golden strawberry, but the best has been a gold loquat and rainbow banana.

What Happens If You Use The Reclaimer Gear On A Super Seed In Grow A Garden?
As I mentioned above, the Reclaimer lets you turn a fully grown plant, flower or tree back into a seed.
When you do this, it destroys the original plant, so you will never get the original plant’s shape and number of fruit back.
It will be like you’ve planted a brand new seed, so it is risky, if you already have a super big plant with lots of fruit, but it can give you the opposite, and turn a super small plant into a much bigger one too.
If you have a super seed, never, ever use the reclaimer on it.
If you do, and I have tested this, you will lose the super seed. I tried it on my golden strawberry plant, and used the reclaimer on it, as it was tiny, and I didn’t mind risking it, but when I used the reclaimer, it converted it back into an ordinary strawberry seed – no gold or rainbow.
So, if you do use the reclaimer on your super seed, you do NOT get another chance to plant the super seed. You will lose your super seed plant, and there’s no way to reverse this, so don’t do it, or you’ll lose your rainbow or gold plant.
