Today is the day that the Bizzier Bees update launches in Grow A Garden, and whilst it is hours until the update drops, Grow A Garden has shipped some exciting brand new changes just now, hours ahead of the update’s launch.
Included within the changes is the introduction of a brand new item in the Grow A Garden Honey Shop; the Nectar Staff. Keep on reading to find out all about this latest gear item.
The new changes that have launched in the game, are the reintroduction of the night events, which can happen at 30 minutes past the hour.
Although the night events have returned, the night shops haven’t, so we can’t get access to the twilight shop or blood moon shop, but we can now get the moonlit and celestial mutations.
The Honey Combpressor now only takes 30 seconds to process pollinated fruits into honey, and the Honey Shop now restocks every 30 minutes, which are all very welcome changes within the game, but the Honey Shop has a brand new item; the Nectar Staff.
We already have two staff gear items in the game, or have done previously. There’s the Night Staff, which helps your crops attract the moonlit or bloodlit mutation, which happens during the night events.
There is also the Star Caller, which is a star shaped staff that you place in your garden to attract shooting stars during a meteor event.
Well, now we have the brand new Grow A Garden Nectar Staff, which is only available via the Honey Shop, where you spend your Honey Coins, that you earn by handing over 10kg of pollinated fruit, for 10 Honey Coins.
The brand new Nectar Staff is 25 Honey Coins, and is rated as being “mythical” in terms of its rarity.
If you don’t have the Honey Coins, you can also purchase the Nectar Staff for 219 Robux each.
The Nectar Staff is a yellow colored metal pole with a glowing honeycomb shaped emblem at the top, which glows a golden yellow color.
It is similar to the night staff, star caller and lightning rod, in which you place it in your garden, within one of your plots, in an area you’d like the bees to pollinate.
If you have a super big, or already mutated fruit, and you want to attract the pollinated mutation, which gives you a x3 multiplier, you just place your rod down in the plot, next to where you’d like the pollinated mutation to strike.
There is no mention of how long it lasts, but the lightning rod, night staff and star caller all last for three uses, so I would assume the same would apply for the Nectar Staff.
I do wonder if using this staff will help your bee pets that give you the pollinated mutation, to pollinate specific fruit? Again, there’s no mention, but it is highly possible, seeing as they are bees, and they do pollinate your crops for you.
