The Grow A Garden Bizzy Bees update launched on the 31st of May, and it brought an amazing bee themed update to the game.
Within the update, we got five brand new bee pets, a whole host of new seeds including trees and flowers, and a new mechanic to earn a brand new in-game currency called Honey Coins, which can be spent in the new Honey Shop.
Well, the Grow A Garden team have announced the Bizzier Bees update, for this week’s update on Saturday, the 7th of June, so keep on reading to find out more…

The Grow A Garden Bizzy Bees update replaced the night events within the game, which used to run on the hour, every hour.
We now have a bee swarm event on the hour, where bees come flying out of the bee hive to pollinate the gardens of the players within the server.
You get a notification every time a crop has been pollinated, and it runs for ten minutes, turning the sky golden, with regal music playing.
You have to hand your pollinated fruit to the dude in the wooden hut, and once you’ve handed over 10kg of pollinated fruit, the honey combpressor starts to turn the fruits into honey.
It takes 3 minutes for the honey combpressor to convert the fruits into honey, and once it’s finished, it says “ready” above the machine, and you collect the honey, and it is automatically converted into honey coins.
Once you’ve collected your honey, and it has been converted into honey coins, you then speak to queen bee, and opt for the “trade” option when she asks you what you want to do, which gives you access to the new Honey Shop.
When the update launched, there was a lot of negativity within the Grow A Garden discord, and people had multiple issues:
- the 3-minute time frame it takes to convert the fruit into honey as you only make 10 honey coins per 3-minute conversion
- the 60 minute restock feature in the Honey Shop as it’s such a long time to wait for a restock
- the awful, awful stock availability
- the removal of meteor shooting stars
- the removal of night events
Jandel did an announcement in the official Grow A Garden Discord, which read:
“Thanks for all the great feedback on the event, I will implementing some changes thanks to all your feedback! hopefully I can ship these tomorrow! Thanks again guys.
I am going to do the following
- Reduce honey machine time,
- Queen bee stock 30mins,
- Bring back night as an event (+ meteor)
This announcement was done on Monday, and we’ve been waiting for these amendments to happen, but they havent, and now we know why.

The Grow A Garden team are giving us these improvements and amendments, but they’re actually doing it on Saturday, in what they’ve called the Grow A Garden Bizzier Bees Update, as a part two of the original update.
“The buzz gets bigger! This update brings an expansion of the of the limited time bee event with lots of new content/features to discover and enjoy. Explore and participate in the second part of the Bizzy Bee event, unlock brand new seeds, pets, gear, and lots more in this new Grow A Garden update!ππΌπ―“
So, we are getting a part two of the bee-themed update, and it’s going to give us even more new seeds, more pets and new gear.

We do already know one new gear/tool item we are getting, and it’s the Pollen Radar, but it’s amazing to know we are getting even more new pets and seeds too.
If you look in the above photo, you can see a dandelion plant on the far left of the image, and that flower never made it into the game, so I would assume that’s a sneak peek of one of the plants we’re going to be getting?
Also, you can see a navy colored bee flying in the image, and that’s not a pet we currently have, so that could also be a preview of one of the newest bees launching.
I can’t wait for the Honey Shop to restock every 30 minutes instead of 60 minutes, as that’s the most annoying part for me right now. The stock levels are also comical, and that is super frustrating.
It feels like it’s pointless to grind and make the honey for the Honey Coins, when there’s no stock available apart from a packet of seeds a random cosmetic item. So, these new amendments sound really promising, and the update launches Saturday, May the 7th.
