The Dress To Impress Reverse Royalty Theme is perhaps one of the most confusing themes in game, and I’ve seen a number of Reddit posts about this theme, and what it actually means.
The description says “what if non-royalty dressed better than real royalty?” but some people see it as being like reverse to royalty, so someone like Cinderella before she gets dressed up.
Take the theme however you’d like, but here are seven outfits I made for this theme.

For my first Reverse Royalty outfit, I did the outfit to be skimpy and glam – the kind of outfit you’d never see someone royal wear.
I started by using the VIP butterfly top in c98de3, b767d9, ae54d5 and a541d0, with the matching skirt from VIP in c98de3, b767d9, ae54d5 and a541d0.
Around the waist, I used the VIP Moana Dress, on “bow only” and colored it c98de3.
For the heels, I used the Myra Magical Girl Shoes (currency) in c98de3, b767d9, ae54d5, c98de3 and f6ecfa.
On the arms, I used the VIP lace gloves in silk and c98de3 and b767d9.
I added the Valentine’s bangles in b767d9 for both sections, the Everlasting Love Necklace (currency) in c98de3 and b767d9, and the Vintage Mini Dress Choker in silk (Currency) and c98de3.

For this outfit, I did a commoner outfit, like something you’d see in Cinderella or Shrek, going for brown hues.
I started with the VIP Valentine’s Chest flat shoes, colored 3d2720, 3b261f, 3a251e and 402921.
For the skirt, I used my favorite big skirt – the Witch Skirt (currency), and for the first section I used the fishnet pattern in the darkest color, and section two 57382d for the lace.
I used the Witch Sleeves in the same deep brown fishnet pattern for both sections.
For the top, I used the VIP white shirt and pleated skirt combo, on “top only” colored with the same deep brown fishnet pattern for section one, and 36221c for the next two sections.
On the head, I used the hood, in the same fishnet pattern, and finished with the VIP mixing bow, which I colored f5c8c7, 9d6d51, f5c8c7, f5c8c7, f5c8c7 and f5c8c7.

For my next Reverse Royalty outfit, I did this super bright neon pink party outfit, that you’d see in a club, and not an elegant state banquet, and I actually placed first place with this specific outfit.
For the shoes, I went for the high heel pumps in silk and colored ff1da4 for both sections.
I added the Kissy Lips Bodysuit (currency) on toggle “3” for the fishnets only, and colored ff1ea4 for all three sections.
I added the pink puffy sleeves in silk, and used the pink glitter pattern, which was recently reworked, and it looks really pretty.
For the mini dress, I started with the Withered Rose Dress (Currency) on “top only”, made silk all over, and used the pink sparkle pattern for section one, section two, cd1884 for section three, cd1884 for section four and cd1884 for section five.
Next, I added the Umoyae Dress (code item) on toggle “3” and colored ff1da4, ff1da4, ff54b9, ff8bd1 and ff1da4.
For extra frills in the skirt, I used the ELLA skirt (code item) in foil, and in the sparkly pink glitter pattern for all four sections.
Lastly, I used the mini black bag, in silk and the same sparkly pink glitter pattern all over, with the drop choker in silk and ff1ea4, ff1ea4 and the sparkly pink glitter pattern.

This outfit is a super glam and elegant look, as if a commoner dressed better than royalty, and is bright shades of coral, which you’d be unlikely to see true royalty wear.
I started with the Advent Calendar Feather Dress with scales and sleeves removed, and on the “supports patterns” toggle, and made foil, and colored ff4646 and ff4646.
Over that, I layered the Halloween Quest Dress in foil and colored ff4646, f61a23 and b6080d.
Next, I used the Ice Queen Dress on toggle 1, colored ff4646, f61a23 and ff3232.
I used the Withered Rose Dress (currency) on “only skirt”, made foil and colored ff4646, dd111b and b6080d.
The last part of the top is the Cupid’s Prodigy Top (quest reward) on “default” with veil and jewels removed, made foil and ff4646, dd111b, dd111b and b6080d.
Lastly, I used the spiked flower crown, with the spikes removed, made foil all over, and then moved back with the adjustment pass, to look like a hair clip rather than a full cown, and the colors I used were ff4646, f61a23 and b6080d.

I just went for a glam look for this one, and started with the Style Showdown Dress, in e6c2ff, e7c3ff and e7c3ff.
I used the VIP fur boa in ffffff and e6c2ff, the snake necklace in e6c2ff, big hoop earrings in e6c2ff, and the chain bracelet in e6c2ff.
Next, I used the VIP Moana Dress on “bow only” toggle, and made it e6c2ff.
Finishing off with the Cupid’s Prodigy Top (Quest reward) in e7c3ff, d18cff, e7c3ff and d18cff.

For this outfit, I used the FASHION Dress (code item), made light silk, and used the black and purple lace pattern on both sections.
I used the Withered Rose Dress (currency) on top only, and used the same pattern all over, and the color 690c44 for section three, section four and section five.
I used the feather boa from the Advent Calendar, in the color 690c44, with the non-VIP gloves in “long” and with the same black and purple lace pattern.
To finish, I used the Everlasting Love Dress (Currency) on sleeves only, and colored that 690c44, and the choker from the set, which I colored 690c44 and 570a38.

For this outfit, I did a periwinkle blue and silk outfit. Starting with the bow heels, in silk and 8b8bff for all three sections.
I added the Halloween Quest Dress in silk and 8b8bff for all three sections.
For the top, I started with the VIP Valentine’s flower corset in silk and 8b8bff for all three sections. I used the Cupid’s Prodigy Top (quest reward) in 8c8cff and 8c8cff, with the non-VIP spaghetti strap tank top (white on the shelf) and colored it 8c8cff for both sections.
I added the VIP fur boa in fffffff and 8c8cff, plus the VIP lace choker in 8c8cff for all three sections.
For the jewelry, I used the chain bracelet in 8c8cff, the rectangle stud earrings in 8c8cff and dedede, plus the Style Showdown Crown which I moved back so it looks like a hair accessory rather than a crown, and colored it 8c8cff for both sections.
