Dress To Impress added the Jurassic Age theme to their theme collection back in December, as part of the winter update.
They added a whole host of Christmas and winter themes, as well as a selection of miscellaneous themes, and Jurassic Age was one of their miscellaneous themes for the winter update.
I love this theme, especially now we have the funky “chicken feet” and “chicken hands” thanks to the April Fool’s update, and I’ve got some outfit ideas to share with you, which will hopefully get you a place on the podium.

My first outfit idea is a dinosaur. The description for this theme mentions being a dinosaur hunter, but I think dressing up as a dinosaur is a lot more fun, and with the material changer function, it’s so easy.
For this outfit, I used a yellow toned green #68680c for the entire outfit, and used the “foil” material for a shiny scale effect.
I used the chicken feet and hands from the April Fool’s Update in the green with black nails, and used the fishnets on the thick toggle.
I used the ELLA skirt on the long toggle with the bows removed for an asymmetrical effect, and underneath I used the Summer Dress (currency item) and changed the whole dress to foil, and made it the same green.
On the top, I used Lana Rae’s long sleeved crop top as it has frilled cuffs which look a little bit like frills on a dinosaur.
I equipped the VIP cape with the cape removed, for just the collar and I chose black hair and an intense smokey eye makeup look.

If you fancy something human themed for the Jurassic Age theme, this is a cute yet easy outfit.
Starting off, I used the ankle boots from the winter update in a deep brown on the leather material option.
I chose the baggy jeans with the “pockets” toggle switched on, and made matte in a khaki color (#725c4b).
Next, I added the tool belt from VIP, in the same brown as my boots.
For the shirt, I chose the shirt only toggle for the 1CON1CF4TMA code (the cardigan dress code), and chose a white textured pattern.
I equipped the gloves on the shortest toggle in the leather material, and the same color as the boots (#452808).
I decided on the cowboy hat in the same pattern as the shirt, and the ribbon the same color as the boots.
Lastly, I used the choker on the male mannequin on the Valentine’s display.

My last outfit idea for the Jurassic Age theme is another dinosaur themed outfit.
For this outfit, the color I chose was #596917, and I chose the “Light Silk” material for the entire outfit, for a subtle sheen.
Outfit wise, I started with the Halloween Quest dress on toggle four to remove the belt, and I layered the skirt toggle within the Style Showdown dress prize.
I used the chicken hands (not feet), and used the “Beige Dress” from the currency items, in the same green, but with black droplets.
For the arms, I used the sleeves from the witch set from the Halloween update, and I finished with the Mermaid top in the same green for a shiny scale effect on the chest.
