You can apply the Urban Decay All Nighter Ghosting Powder over the top of your foundation or primer using a fluffy powder brush.
Dust lightly over the face, focusing on areas prone to shine. For extra coverage, build up in thin layers. Can also be used alone for a natural, blurred skin finish.

With consumer tests with 100 women aged between 18 to 45 years over 8 days, 94% agreed their skin looked blurred all day.
It will be interesting to see how ‘flexible’ the shades will be, as Translucent Fair looks relatively deep in the swatches, considering it is the lightest shade available, and this new setting powder will be available globally from August 1st.
