For this 12-day calendar, the whole premise is luxury beauty and the price is a lot higher than the original calendar, with an increase of £135, but the product selection is intended to be more luxe and high-end.

I have to agree, this doesn’t look like a luxury line-up as a whole, especially compared to the likes of Harrods and their beauty calendar, but it’s all about the contents, and whether you’d use these over what’s in their main beauty calendar (see the contents here).
