The Neutrogena Hair Regrow 2% Minoxidil Hair Regrowth Treatment is a medicated hair regrowth treatment for women containing 2% minoxidil, which is a clinically established hair regrowth ingredient, rather than a cosmetic serum that will just simply make you hair look like it is fuller.
