The Hourglass Holiday Love Ambient Lighting Edit Unlocked Palette has been revealed as a fourth palette in the Hourglass holiday collection, alongside the Wish, Hope and Luck Palettes, and it is a Sephora exclusive palette. Keep on reading to find out more…
The Hourglass Holiday Love Ambient Lighting Edit Unlocked Palette is $98, and it contains six cheek powders, each of which contain 0.04 oz /1.4g of product.
The packaging is the same as the Wish, Hope and Luck Palettes, with a brushed gold metallic compact with a raised charm on the top.
Just like the other three palettes, I don’t believe the charm on the Unlocked Palette can be removed like the charms Hourglass launched last year.
For this year’s design, the Hourglass Holiday Ambient Lighting Edit Unlocked Palette has a raised 3D gold heart studded with white, gold and red crystals.
Hourglass Holiday Love Ambient Lighting Edit Unlocked Palette is part of the Hourglass NonHuman Rights Project, where 5% of the profits of this palette support the NonHuman Rights Project in their work to secure fundamental rights for animals.
Just like the Wish, Hope and Luck Palettes, the Love Palette is designed by French designer Lauren Rubinski, with everything you need to diffuse, enhance, and add glow in a single compact.
In the write-up on the palette, the Hourglass Holiday Love Ambient Lighting Edit Unlocked Palette is described as having “five new shades”, but in the above image, it shows that there are three new shades.
Here are the six shades inside the palette;
- 3 x 0.24 oz/ 6.8 g Ambient Lighting Blushes in Vivid Coral (vivid coral), Electric Pink (electric cool pink and soft pink mélange), and Rose Heat
- 0.24 oz/ 6.8 g Ambient Strobe Lighting Powder in Rose Gold Glow (petal pink pearl and soft gold pearl mélange)
- 0.24 oz/ 6.8 g Ambient Lighting Bronzer in Natural Bronze
- 0.24 oz/ 6.8 g Ambient Lighting Powder in Dim Light
While this is a Sephora US exclusive right now, we don’t know if it’ll make it to global Sephoras, or if it’s just a Sephora US exclusive.
This is such a beautiful selection of shades with the bright coral, cool and deep berry blushes, and Rose Gold Glow looks like it’d also be a stunning blush depending on your skintone, and the Sephora exclusive palette is available here.
