One feature many, many players have been asking for, is trading. With the addition of pets in the pet update in May, there has been a lot of pressure from Grow A Garden players for the game to add a trading system.
There are so many scammers, unfortunately, and when it comes to trading pets or fruits, you just can’t trust randoms, but it looks like we’re finally going to get something for trading.
Somebody commented on one of Jandel‘s (the owner of Grow A Garden) TikTok videos, praising the update, but asking can you add a trading system, so you can trade seeds or gift seeds.
In true Jandel fashion, he replied to the comment with a video, in which he said: “We are working on this, but we aren’t sure if we’re going to release it. We are going to do a community poll to make sure everyone wants to do it first, but yep, it’s being worked on”.
Obviously, it all depends on the response from the Discord community poll, but it’s pretty much guaranteed that people will want to choose yes over no on a community poll, on whether we want trading.
There are so many scams and people lose their pets or expensive fruits, so this would be a much better method to protect both parties, and reduce the risks that are currently affecting many players in the game.
As soon as we know anything more, I’ll be sure to update this post, but it pretty much looks definite, so we just have to wait for it to be confirmed, once the poll results are in.
