Beauty Bay has launched their Christmas collection, and the By Beauty Bay Dusky Neutral 20 Colour Palette is the most exciting product within the whole collection.

Beauty Bay was known for their incredible eyeshadow palettes, with iconic palette collabs like their Nikkie Tutorials Palette and the Jade Thirlwall Palette.
Since Beauty Bay returned back in May, after being closed at the start of the year, they haven’t launched any palettes in the same league as their old style palettes.
However, it looks like this brand new By Beauty Bay Dusky Neutral 20 Colour Palette could potentially have a similar shimmer formula as some of their amazing past palettes.
The By Beauty Bay Dusky Neutral 20 Colour Palette £18 is a 20-pan palette with off-white colored packaging. Beauty Bay always did cardboard packaging for their palettes, but it looks like they’ve upgraded the packaging.
I personally preferred the old style packaging, with the shade names printed underneath each shade.
Beauty Bay describes the palette as being packed with 20 matte, shimmer, and duochrome shades, pairing soft, buttery neutrals with unexpected pops of electric pink and dreamy purple.

Beauty Bay hasn’t provided swatches for this palette, which they always did for past palettes, so it’s hard to know if the shades and finishes are back to being like their best palettes, but hopefully they’ll include swatches soon, so we can know how the shades look and perform.
