Neutrogena Peptide Plush Lip Contour Lip Liners are $10.49 and are available in six shades.
Described as having a creamy formula to create defines, fuller-looking lips with a peptide blend and jojoba oil, combining makeup with skincare ingredients for a smooth, plush-looking finish.

- Satin Whisper
- Cashmere Nude
- Chiffon Blush
- Taffeta Plum
- Serrano Silk
- Espresso Twill
Each pencil has a teardrop-tip design that helps provide lip definition, from subtle shaping to a more dramatic look.
The teardrop-tip is said to make it easier to outline, contour and fill your lips with precision, while following the natural lip line.
For application, Neutrogena recommends beginning at the center of your upper lip, following your lip’s natural lip line outward, using the slanted edge of the chisel tip, repeating on your bottom lip, and all six shades are available now.
