The ELF Peel of Approval Lip Liner Stains are a long-wearing, high pigment lip stain with a slim doefoot applicator that lines, sculpts or fills in your lips, and then peels off after 10 minutes for all-day color.
No touch-ups are needed, no reapplication or fading – the lip stain lasts all day.
ELF describes the high pigment lip tint as drying down and peeling off after just 10 minutes to give you a lip liner or all over lip colour stain.
The shades let you line, sculpt or fill in your lips, with five shades that feel like they’re nothing on the lips.

I like that ELF have given us swatches of the lip liner stains both before and after peeling, so you know what the color is going to look like before you peel it off, and once you’ve peeled it off.
Bloomscrolling, Aha Mauvement and Up Latte all look very similar in the swatches, and will probably look very similar on the lips, but they’re an affordable version of the lip liner stain.
