ELF Halo Glow Glimmer Cloud Glitter Puff is a superfine body shimmer powder which you can apply to your face, body and hair, and it contains glitter particles to give you an all-over glow.
The glitter powder is scented with a dreamy vanilla and magnolia scent, and comes in a circular pot with a large pale pink puff which you can use to pat the powder on to your skin or hair.
For application, ELF recommends applying their Halo Glow Soft Beam Body Cream first, and waiting for it to fully absorb, before gently tapping the Glimmer Cloud Puff onto your skin or hair, to dust the superfine glitter on, with it being buildable, and it is available now.
