The ELF Shimmer Glimmer Glitter Hair Stick is $8, and is a solid stick that you can swipe directly onto your hair.
It is a buildable, lightweight hair glitter stick that instantly adds a pink-to-blue shifting shimmer to all hair types and hair colors.
ELF describes the stick as having a non-greasy formula which you glide over your hair without leaving any residue; just glitter.
The stick looks silver in the metallic lilac twist-up tube, but when it is applied to the hair, it gives a pink to blue duochrome effect.
In the above photo, you can see how pretty the shimmer looks. ELF recommends applying the stick to your dry, finished hairstyle, building up the shimmer as desired, and it can be simply washed out with shampoo, and it is available now.
