The ELF Shimmer Glow Reviver Lip Oil Sticks are described as being a nourishing soft lip oil stick that glides on smooth with addictive slip for buildable colour and soft, shimmery finish.
ELF’s pigmented lip oil sticks glide on smooth, with a non-sticky texture while delivering medium buildable colour with a soft, glossy shimmer.
The nourishing formula is infused with squalane, mango seed butter, and jojoba oil to hydrate, smooth, and soften lips, and they have a juicy mango scent.
If you haven’t tried the original Glow Reviver Balms, they remind me of the old Revlon Colorburst Lip Butters, with a buttery and balmy consistency with sheer color, but a nourishing formula. They really are comfortable on the lips, and they wear away nicely and evenly too – Loveslick is my favorite.
