This new range of cream eyeshadow sticks are said to have a non-creasing formula that glides across the eyes, blending to give you richly pigmented color.
They are a shimmer-packed pencil stylo as much as it is a crème shadow, which you can use to create a defining line across your eye line as an eyeliner, or smoked-out or all over the lid for dazzling jewel-like color.
