This year’s beautiful Lancome Holiday eyeshadow palette has been revealed, and it is a beautiful palette. The Lancome The Sweet Escape Holiday Eyeshadow Palette is housed within a white and pink cardboard box.
On the front of the palette, the House of Lancome is featured in pink, with a big gold chrome key shape.
When you lift the ‘doors’ of the Pink Palace open, it reveals six large powder eyeshadows, and the Pink Palace theme is carried through to the pan designs too, with fireworks and stars; the presentation is just so pretty.
Lancome do say the six shades are versatile and can be used on the eyes for shadow and liner but also on the cheeks for blush and highlighter.
Inside the palette, you get the following eyeshadow shades;
Top Row
- Icy pearl white – a cool-toned white with silver shimmer.
- Pale pink champagne – a blush pink shade with a pearlescent finish.
- Rosy mauve pink – a medium pink with cool mauve undertones and shimmer finish.
Bottom Row
- Soft rosy taupe – a taupe with pink undertones and a satin finish.
- Deep berry plum – a cranberry plum shade with a satin finish.
- Chocolate bronze brown – a deep warm brown with bronze undertones and a satin finish.
I do think the Lancome The Sweet Escape Holiday Eyeshadow Palette is similar to the Lancome Adventurous Palette from last year, but Lancome knows what sells, so I imagine they know their customers love this kind of color story and palette design. It is expected to launch in late September, and will be available right here.
