The Neutrogena Glass Glow Balms are multi-purpose balms designed to effortlessly melt into your skin, to give you a radiant luminous glow. You can wear the balms alone, or layer them on the top of your makeup.
These balms have been formulated with light-reflecting pearls to enhance your skin’s glow.
Neutrogena recommend applying the balms to the high-points of the face, to give you a sheer wash of color, wherever you want an instant hint of glassy, luminous color.
