Tattoo contest rules

Contest Period: Starts on February 13, 2013 at 9:00 ET and ends on February 28, 2013 at 11:59pm ET.

How to Enter: Enter by posting your design to Twitter, Instagram or Facebook with the hashtag #InkJames.  James Durbin shall not be responsible for any misdirected entries or technical errors.

Prizes:  There will be one (1) grand prize awarded to the person who submits the entry chosen by James Durbin in his sole discretion.  The grand prize shall consist of an autographed CD and t-shirt.  All Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Terms & Conditions: You shall only submit your own original designs (NO EXCEPTIONS). All submissions shall become the property of James Durbin and James Durbin shall own all right, title and interest in and to such designs and shall have the right to exploit such designs in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, throughout the universe, in perpetuity, in all configurations James Durbin shall determine. James Durbin shall be permitted to alter, manipulate, modify and/or edit any designs submitted. James Durbin may elect, in his sole discretion, to not use any of the designs submitted hereunder.

Entry constitutes your permission to James Durbin to print your name, photographs and submissions in promotional materials including, but not limited to, the World Wide Web, and you consent to the use of your name, submissions, photographs, videos and/or voice recordings and likenesses for advertising or publicity purposes, in all media, without compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.  By submitting an entry you hereby agree  to and do hereby indemnify, save, and hold James Durbin, Wind-Up Records and any of their parent corporations, subsidiaries, related entities, affiliates, agents, sponsoring organizations, officers, directors, or employees harmless from all damages, liabilities, costs, losses and expenses (including legal costs and reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or connected with any claim, demand or action by a third party which is inconsistent with any of the warranties, representations, or covenants made by you in this acknowledgment, including, but not limited to, claims of copyright infringement.
